Our prices, listing descriptions and Terms and Conditions are subject to change and may be updated periodically.


We know you’ll be keen to receive your order as quickly as possible from us so please help us in every way to make sure it’s a smooth ride from the time you place your order to taking delivery.

Please make sure you provide us with a valid delivery address, including any special delivery instructions, and a contact phone number so we can contact you if there are any issues with your delivery.

We cannot ship bulky items to PO boxes so please ensure you provide us with a street address. This can be a residential or commercial address.

If something changes after you have submitted your order; you want to add something, cancel, changed your mind – please contact us immediately! We pick and pack orders throughout the day so it may not always be easy to cancel your order once payment has been made and it’s on the warehouse floor.

How much do you charge for shipping?


All our items have been priced with pre-calculated shipping fees and are final prices. There are NO additional shipping fees added at the checkout.

How long does dispatch and delivery take?

Items are generally sent within 24 hours of payment being received, unless on a Friday afternoon or over the weekend. In these cases items will be dispatched either Monday or Tuesday. Once items are dispatched, regular delivery times apply.

Perth: 1 - 2 Business Days
Adelaide: 4 - 8 Business Days
Brisbane: 5 - 8 Business Days
Darwin: 12 - 15 Business Days
Hobart: 5 - 8 Business Days
Melbourne: 3 - 8 Business Days
Sydney: 4 - 8 Business Days

The above delivery times are estimates only, there may be times when orders are delivered outside of these estimated times. For regional and remote postcodes delivery times may take longer. 

Please note there is no dispatch from our warehouse on weekends or public holidays.

What courier will deliver my item?
We pack every order very carefully to ensure it reaches you in good condition. Your order will be sent through Australia Post, or if it’s over 1 metre in length via StarTrack.

All consignments are tracked and you will receive a tracking number once your order has been packed for dispatch.

If you are not home at the time of delivery the courier has authority to leave the order in a safe place.

Can you send by Express Post?
Yes we can, please contact us before you process your order to obtain a freight quote.

Can I pick up my order?
Local “Perth” pick-up is available, but not on all items. Please send us a message on the item you like and we will confirm if you can collect it.

Do you ship items outside of Australia?
Unfortunately no, we only ship within Australia. Due to very high freight charges, we do not post to anywhere that is off the mainland of Australia (Islands).


We want you to love your new item/s for your space as much as we do once they arrive, but also understand that you might need to return something to us for several reasons.

Broken or damaged items
In the unlikely event your item arrives broken, damaged or is not what you ordered please contact us as soon as possible with details and photos of the issue so we can assist you.

Any claims made after 14 days of receival will not be eligible for a replacement or refund.

When returning items back to us they must be returned unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. They are also to be sent back via tracked postage or courier. Without a verifiable tracking number, you accept full risk of the item not reaching us. Returns not received by us will not qualify for replacement or refund.

We cannot guarantee every computer monitor will accurately depict the actual colour of the product so please read the listing description carefully for any colour information on items.

Please also select, or leave a note in the delivery instructions, your colour of choice from the relevant listing/s that offer a colour choice, to ensure you receive your desired colour. If you do not select a colour we will pick at random. Items picked at random will not eligible be for a refund or exchange if it is not the colour you wanted.

Change of mind
We do not accept returns if you simply change your mind. We have taken great care with our listings to ensure the description is an accurate representation of the product.

Please read our listing descriptions carefully and check the measurements and colour choices available. If you are unsure of something you can always contact us to check details before ordering.
